§ 151.16. ENFORCEMENT.

  • Unless approved as a final plat or as a valid non-plat subdivision as provided herein, no conveyance of land shall be filed or recorded in the County Recorder's office or have validity; and the Zoning Administrator shall not issue building permits for any structure on a lot in any proposed subdivision. The city shall not permit any public improvements to be installed unless the final plat is approved and recorded.
